"FLOW: Moor to Shore" Art Exhibition at Kingsbridge Market Hall

Distance from the centre of Kingsbridge: 0.2 miles

The exhibition will feature the works of local artists Kate Bosence, Donna Francesca, Joe Webster, Stewart Taylor, Donna White, John Dixon & Erica Ankers.

FLOW aims to highlight the critical importance of protecting our rivers and seas. The exhibition will not only raise awareness but also address specific, pressing environmental challenges faced by our community such as water pollution and habitat destruction.

All of the artists exhibiting harbour profound environmental concerns and their art reflects a deep personal connection to local rivers, coast and landscape. Through the art we hope to nurture an appreciation for the beauty and fragility of our natural world and inspire a sense of responsibility and motivate individuals to take action in preserving and protecting it for future generations.

5% of All Sales of artwork from FLOW will be donated to Til The Coast is Clear, the local Kingsbridge-based charity committed to helping remove plastic pollution from our coastlines & raise awareness of the issues and possible solutions. In 6 years they have removed over 22 tons of plastic and other waste from the South Devon Coast, including within the designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, SSSI, and nature reserves. TTCIC has inspired positive action and change by leading from the front & being hands-on. They are also using the evidence of what they recover to power rapid and lasting shifts in behaviour.

There will also be an option to donate directly to TTCIC at the exhibition venue.
