Modbury Rooster Ramble

12 Roosters have been beautifully painted by 12 local artists and placed around the historic market town of Modbury for you to find on the ramble route. Discover the interesting history of the town, the wildlife, the shops, and eateries. Modbury has so much to offer residents and visitors alike.

The rooster ramble was launched at the Town’s May Fair on Sunday 8th May and will continue throughout the summer months. 

The event will culminate in an auction of the roosters on 18th September, so if you want to own your own work of art keep an eye on thewebsite,

Look for the guest star appearance of some extra roosters, painted by artists Jennifer Johnson, (he’ll be seen a Calancombe Vineyard) and Penny Cole (he’ll be seen at Trehele Bridge, just outside Modbury), and Sarah Wyatt (He’ll be outside 22 Galpin Street)
