Charming, bright stone cottage in village centre overlooking village green with sea views. Convenient for village shop and café, and the Pigs Nose Inn.

Accommodation - porch, living room with wi-fi, modern well equipped kitchen/diner, downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom. There is a small garden, and plenty of parking on the village green.

East Prawle is about a mile inland from Prawle Point, the southernmost tip of Devon. The cottage is a short walk along tracks or lanes running through farmland to one of the most spectacular parts of the South West Coast Path, as well as local beaches and coves. Excellent bird watching area, including rare Cirl Buntings.

Location

From Kingsbridge Information Centre on The Quay, and with our beautiful Kingsbridge Estuary on your right hand side, take the A379 south along The Promenade and Embankment Road, signed to Dartmouth. Cross over Bowcombe Bridge (the original King's Brydge) then pass through the villages of West and East Charleton. In the village of Frogmore, pass The Globe Inn on the left and then turn right across the lovely bridge at the head of Frogmore Creek. From here the roads can be very narrow - so go slow, you're in Devon! Follow the signs to Ford and East Prawle where you will find 1 Corner Cottage on the left corner before the Village Green. The Pig's Nose Inn is just around the corner. Enjoy!
