9 Library Court

9 Library Court is a family friendly two bedroom flat at the heart of Kingsbridge.  Within 100 steps of the bandstand and town square 9 Library Court is a perfect venue to explore Kingsbridge and everything the beautiful South Hams has on offer.

With an allocated off-road parking space, you can park up and explore the town on foot. Bars, restaurants, the busy high street and charming waterfront are all within an easy stroll.  Further afield are the local beaches and attractions, which can be reached without worrying about where to park when you return.  

9 Library Court is a two-bedroom flat.  Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. One bedroom has a standard double bed, the other has two twin beds which can zip-link together on request to form a super king size double bed.  There is also a travel cot available.
The living space is a generous open plan lounge, kitchen-diner.   
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.  Including a fridge freezer, electric hob, microwave, and a washer/dryer.
In the lounge are snuggly sofas to easily seat 5. A Smart TV and Sonos speakers connect to unlimited fibre broadband allowing you to stream music and watch TV on demand to your heart’s desire.  If you want a more low-tech time a selection of classic board games has been provided to keep you entertained.

If you are travelling with children a toddler pack includes: loo seat, step and highchair. This makes visiting with a little one as easy as possible!  A selection of toys and books are also tucked away in the lounge dresser to help keep your little ones entertained.
