Avon Rock is a  spacious 4 bedroom detached house set in the idyllic seaside village of Thurlestone.  Having recently undergone refurbishment and modernisation Avon Rock offers spacious accommodation that is stylishly furnished and full of natural light.

Conveniently located in the heart of Thurlestone Village the property is just  a 5 minute walk from the local shop and village pub, The Village Inn.  With easy access to the fabulous Thurlestone and South Milton beaches as well as the beautiful South West Coastal path, it is perfectly located for both walkers and beach goers. 

Set back from the village Avon Rock is lucky to have a huge amount of outdoor space that captures the sun all day;  wake up with your coffee on the front terrace, enjoy sundowners in the back garden and candlelit dinners on the large wooden outdoor table.  The expansive back garden is the perfect area for group games or just to relax in one of the comfy sun loungers , read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds you. 

The house has been thoughtfully laid out for a family and friends holiday.  As you enter the rear of the property there is a shed for all your beach paraphernalia and water sports toys,  a downstairs shower room for sandy feet and utility room for muddy boots.  The kitchen is fully equipped to keep the cooks of the group happy with plenty of preparation space, a brand new Rangemaster and all the kitchen appliances you could possibly need .  Just off the kitchen, the dining and sitting room create the perfect area for everyone to socialise together.  Alternatively when the children are asleep (hopefully!) or teens chill in the TV room, the dining room and sitting room can be conveniently separated by glass doors to provide a serene dining and entertaining space. 
 
The spacious TV room is the perfect hang out area; equipped with comfy furnishings,  smart TV, selection of games, reading area and even an office space (for those remote workers!...).  With two sets of large French doors opening onto the front and back terraces it provides a lovely indoor/outdoor living area with gorgeous views over both gardens.  For those colder evenings . . . batten down the hatches and cosy up around the wood burner in the TV room. 

Upstairs you will find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms; 1 king size, 2 twins / super kings and 1 children's  bunk room.  All rooms enjoy stunning views over the surrounding countryside, 3 of which also have sea views . A stylish family bathroom complete with bath and rain shower and an additional separate WC is shared between the bedrooms as well as the additional downstair shower room.
