A recently renovated 200 year old farmhouse available to rent, set in glorious rolling South Hams countryside, close to Kingsbridge. This unique holiday home includes the use of our extensive gardens and unusually large, open plan entertaining space and kitchen from where you will enjoy fantastic views across the landscape.

Bedrooms are spacious and you can expect to enjoy peace and tranquillity throughout your stay. If you are looking for a house where you can enjoy stylish elegance with space for a large family get together or to spend time with friends, look no further. There are four double bedrooms, two with super king beds, one en-suite, one king size with en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom and luxurious family bathroom with large shower and oval bath to relax. Large open plan comfortable entertainment space to enjoy a glass of wine by the wood burner in winter and well equipped kitchen to prepare sumptuous dinners with friends and family. There is a large utility room housing the washing machine and tumble drier and perfect to keep dogs while they dry off after a long walk. Outside, extensive gardens with masses of parking space, seating and dining area with bbq.

You will have full access to the house and garden where you can enjoy the last of the sun in the evening with a drink or a walk to the village on the bridle path. I will be available to offer help should you require it but equally respect your privacy if not.

There is an additional or alternative accommodation for up to four people in Granary Barn adjacent to the house. A self contained unit with a shower room for £90-£100 per night (no breakfast included). Granary Barn has a wood burner and under floor heating for cosy winter evenings. There is a sunny private spot to eat breakfast outside in the morning too.
