Brightham House is an award winning boutique bed & breakfast in the vibrant and stunning holiday area near Salcombe, Devon. 

We are perfectly located to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty and enjoy the picturesque estuary towns, villages of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes. They are all in the beautiful South Hams an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty(AONB). All famous for their beaches, sailing and stunning coastlines.

With views across the hills and towards Hope Cove, Brightham House is set in a large, three-storey welcoming Victorian styled villa with bags of character.
From the moment you arrive, the vintage funfair-esque entrance neon lights reveal, “There’s no place like Brightham House”. Go through to the luxe light and airy lounge where you might meet one of the resident dogs and heart-stealers Lola & Poppy. From there, shimmy into the orangery dining area with its flavour of botanical tranquillity.

When you venture upstairs and find among the eight rooms (twin, double, king and super king) the Pavilion Room, with elegant Art Deco accents, and the Preston Circus Room, channelling big top brilliance that combines playfulness and panache – a show for which Brightham House’s ringmasters have received a standing ovation more than once.
 
We aim to offer homely luxury, with beautiful décor, new comfortable beds for a great nights sleep, immaculate and modern bathrooms, fresh white, high-grade cotton linen and fluffy towels. Each of our eight bedrooms are uniquely and individually decorated and designed in a chic style. All our rooms are en-suite most with countryside and village views. They offer the feel of a luxury hotel, with the homeliness of a B&B.
 
We have a fully equipped gym with latest Peloton bike and running machine. As well as a free weight multi functional weight system. If you like to cycle we also have E-Bikes that you can use during your stay.
