The Cottage Hotel Restaurant

The Cottage Hotel will be re-opening for accommodation and meals to residents and non-residents from July 4th. All meals will have to be booked in advance with further information on the new operating procedures available here. If you are booking a table on the terrace then there will be an additional charge so that we can also secure you a table in the restaurant in case of rain. Please make sure to book a table before 11am the same day.

Renowned for excellent cuisine, fine wines and a magnificent view, we use the finest fresh, local produce wherever possible.

Enjoy our special two course set lunch menu available Monday to Saturday inclusive. Cream teas on our terrace are a speciality. Open to non-residents for food and refreshments, served alfresco on the terrace overlooking the bay, or in one of our three lounges or the restaurant. 

Our three-course Sunday lunches are extremely popular in the area with many locals returning regularly, some even every week. Served from 12.30 - 1.30pm, the cost is £19.50 per person (children - half price) and consists of a choice of four starters including soup, four main courses including roast beef, another meat dish, a fowl dish and a fish dish. There is always a vegetarian option available and this is followed by sweets or English cheeses and coffee. 

We also serve a limited bar lunch menu on a Sunday. This consists of soup, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches and chips. We do recommend making a reservation as we can get very busy at times.
