Don’t miss the South Hams’ Whackiest Day Out - the East Allington Whacky Races are back again with another action-packed schedule of family fun.
For one day only, the main route through this usually quiet village will be closed to normal traffic and transformed into a downhill race track with daredevil kart drivers competing for the coveted Luscombe Trophy.
Come and enjoy a fun day out for all the family with a BBQ, bar, ice cream van, bouncy castle, face painting, games, stalls and much more. The action starts at 11am, culminatingin the Dick Dastardly Decider at 3pm, and finishes with the prize giving at 4pm. There is free car parking (follow signs) and all proceeds raised will be divided between the Devon Air Ambulance and local groups and organisations.
