Advertise with the Kingsbridge Information Centre in 2020
Our purpose is signposting visitors and locals to you. We can offer any of the following options plus more, and, with any relationship you choose to have with us, you will of course also receive support from the Hello Kingsbridge team. List your business, group or charity on the Hello Kingsbridge website for twelve months, for just £80 + vat. If you need an additional listing for another part of your business, these will be charged at £40 + vat each.
Listings can feature in any, one, or several, of the following categories: Sleeping / Eating / Shopping / Activities / Attractions / Arts & Culture / Relax & Unwind / Community / Travel / Services. If you are not sure which category would be the best fit, then please discuss it with us as it is always possible to create a new one.
Each listing consists of four photographs, unlimited text, contact details, a link to your website, a map showing your location, and where appropriate can include symbols representing the facilities you offer, and any awards you have received. It is also possible to include directions, travel information, plus your opening times and prices.
We would be delighted to feature your special offers and events on the site. Where possible we will endeavour to find these ourselves and automatically list them however, if you want to be guaranteed of inclusion then please email them through to us. Events and offers will then be shown on your listing and well as in the ‘What’s On’ and ‘Special Offers’ sections of the website.
Please send through any press releases, news or blogs written about your business, group or charity as we would love to share these on the ‘News’ page of our site, and where appropriate, across our social media and within e-newsletters.
We have a limited number of poster spaces available in the windows of the Kingsbridge Information Centre, situated on the town square in Kingsbridge.
The doors are reserved for event posters and we will happily display these free of charge for you. Posters are arranged in chronological order, prioritising those taking place in the South Hams. We are not in a position to print off posters so please either drop them in to the Kingsbridge Information Centre or post them to us at Kingsbridge Information Centre, The Quay, Kingsbridge TQ7 1HS. Posters should be A4 in size and portrait.
If you would like your poster displayed throughout the year, then there are spaces available in the windows facing the road and the windows facing the bus station. The windows are lit-up at night and while we enjoy a high level of passing footfall throughout the year, we are also in prime position when there are events on the square attracting hundreds of extra visitors.
A4 portrait spaces are charged at £160 + vat for twelve months. An A3 landscape poster would be £320 + vat and an A2 portrait space is £480 + vat. These are extremely popular with local businesses as they can be changed regularly to promote seasonal offers and events.
We are able to display leaflets in the Kingsbridge Information Centre and as we enjoy an approximate annual footfall of 75,000 visitors and are open six days a week – it is the prime space to promote your business, group or charity.
Whilst there is a small space reserved for leaflets about local events and charities, if you are a business or would like to ensure your leaflets are on permanent display, then there is a charge or £80 + vat for twelve months display. Leaflets can be either business card, postcard, DL or A5 in size. If you are unsure, just pop in and show us what you have.
An extra service we are delighted to offer is ticket sales for your event. We charge between 2.5 - 5% for this service dependant on the level of complexity involved. For that we are happy to promote your event on our website, social media and in the Information Centre. We can display an A2 portrait poster on the counter and will take payment can be taken by cash, card or over the phone. As the procedure for phone payments is slightly longer it may not always be possible to use this method at busy times. Provided postage is added to the cost of the ticket, we are also happy to post tickets out to customers.
