Enjoy a soul-nourishing afternoon of Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Forest Bathing. These seasonal workshops blend mindful movement and nature connection to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect – with yourself and the world around you. Together, we’ll step into a landscape of stillness, beauty, and healing, surrounded by birdsong, fresh air, and the calming energy of the forest.
What Awaits You:
Yoga & Meditation in Nature - We begin with gentle, heart-led yoga and meditation in the open air, with views across the peaceful Dittiscombe valley. As breath and birdsong blend, tension softens, the nervous system calms, and clarity returns.
A Bond with Nature - Feel held by the trees and soothed by the earth as you open gently to your own inner wisdom.
Guided Woodland Walks - Through mindful invitations and Forest Bathing, you’ll slow down, tune in, and simply be. Known as Shinrin Yoku, this practice invites full immersion in the forest’s healing atmosphere.
Nature’s Wisdom - Wander slowly, listening with your whole being. Nature gently reveals insights, grounding, and transformation.
Step Into the Forest and Rediscover Wonder - We'll begin with yoga and meditation overlooking the valley, share a relaxed bring-your-own picnic lunch, and then continue into the woods for our immersive Forest Bathing walk.
These sessions invite you to awaken your senses and connect deeply with the natural world – not through hiking or foraging, but through stillness, movement, and mindful presence.
