“Every Folkin’ Tuesday” Comedy Night

We are very happy to announce the next “Every Folkin’ Tuesday” Comedy Night will take place on Tuesday 23rd September 2025.

The evening will be hosted by Noel Brodie, one of the sharpest, most excellent MC’s on the UK circuit!

Cheeky and a bit of a mickey-taker, Noel can get even the quietest audience buzzing and ready for the acts on the night.  Also a panto star. Oh yes he is!

Our opener Ian Murphy is a fresh face in the comedy world, bringing a unique mix of 80's cynicism and contemporary confusion to the stage.

Originally from Liverpool, Ian's transition from a failed football career (and a loss of £1M live on TV!) to stand-up comedy has provided him with a wealth of material that resonates with audiences. 

Now living away from his home city for over half his life, Ian humorously reflects on his recovering "Scouseness" and the cultural shifts he's witnessed.

Second up will be Joe Capper whose comedy feels like the lovechild of Brassic and Mike Skinner — streetwise, chaotic, and full of charm — with a distinctly Devonian potential shining through.  ‘Philly Cup’ Winner 2024 and ‘Stand Up For Cider’ finalist 2025.

And finally…we are very excited to announce that Louis Burgess (pictured) is our headliner for the evening!

Louis is a high energy musical comedian specialising in song parodies mixed with an innovative sample-based set, implementing sound bites, raps, beatboxing, live voice-over and more.

An online viral star with over 50 million YouTube views worldwide, Louis has been seen and heard on Radio 4, ITV, UNILAD, Metro, Viralthread, LOADED and more.
