Join this micro yoga retreat in Kingsbridge, South Devon—home to secluded creeks, sandy beaches, and rolling hills. Press pause, reconnect, and soak in the natural beauty of earth and sea.

Your Sassy Day Includes:

SUP Yoga in Kingsbridge:

Take yoga to the water! Strengthen your balance and core as you flow through poses on a paddleboard, challenged by wind and tide. It’s fun, invigorating, and sassy!

Beach Yoga at Hope Cove:

Breathe in the ocean air and stretch with views of Bolt Tail. Feel the sand, sun, and sea energize your body and mind in Devon’s stunning outdoors.

Between Sessions:

Relax at your own pace. Bring a picnic or try one of my recommended local cafés for lunch or an indulgent Devon afternoon tea.

What’s Not Included:
•           Lunch or afternoon tea
•           Wetsuit for Sassy Sea Dip
•           Transfers between locations
