1 & 3 Day Sea, Sand and Scones Yoga Retreat

Enjoy everything our natural playground has to offer with an adventuresome agenda including stand-up paddle boarding, SUP yoga, beach yoga, beach hula hoop and a sunset beach yoga finale. We will also enjoy brunch, a Devon Cream Tea, and a beach supper, all with spectacular sea views.

A variety of outdoor yoga sessions and delicious food will energise our bodies and minds; along with uplifting water and beach activities which will expand and lift our hearts, and set this 1-day retreat, as truly one of a kind.

OUR NATURAL PLAYGROUND: Outstanding natural beauty surrounds us in our natural playground, allowing us to express our love and gratitude for the fresh Devon air 'around' us, the water 'beneath' us, and the fire 'within' us. Enjoy the ancient practice of yoga combined with SUP boarding as we take our favourite yoga routines from the mat and onto the water! Improve your balance, core strength, emotional and spiritually harmony, as your body works to stay stable on the board challenged by both wind and tide. We will also be visiting the beautiful areas of Hope Cove and South Milton for our beach yoga and other activities.

WEEKEND TICKETS & ACCOMMODATION OPTION: If you would like to add 'accommodation' to your 1-day yoga retreat - please book using the relevant payment option. You can enjoy 2-nights' accommodation on a shared-basis with breakfast on Sunday to complete your awesome weekend (limited availability). Please note: There is a shared kitchen/dining space for you to prepare a meal on Friday evening and you will be at leisure on Friday evening and Sunday morning. All wellness activities are scheduled for Saturday.
