3 Shute Park is a well positioned house in a cul-de-sac, with views overlooking fields and nestled into the little village of Malborough.

It has a secure garden, welcoming up to two dogs.

Downstairs there is a through kitchen, lounge, dining room with views across the countryside, besides an ensuite bedroom with two single beds. The well fitted kitchen has all the facilities needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunks, along with both a bathroom and a shower room.
We are a few minutes drive from Salcombe with it's myriad of shops, restaurants and cafés. Close to Hope Cove, with beaches, pubs, restaurants and walks, near North and South Sands and a short way from Thurlestone Sands (a haven for dogs) and the wonderful walks of Bolberry Down.
