Great Barn and Middle Barn are 2 beautiful barn conversions in a very quiet hamlet...but with some of the best beaches in the country available on 3 points of the compass. The nearest beach is a 7 minute drive away. The Barns are 10 minutes from Kingsbridge and make an awesome holiday location.

They are perfect for large family get togethers or 2 families. The two barns together gives you the opportunity to entertain as a large group but also give you space to breath…you aren’t on top of each other. The Barns are situated around a private, sunny cobbled courtyard with terraced areas to enjoy the sunshine and alfresco dining.

Dining Room

The pretty outside porch leads into a very large oak floored dining room. There are oak beams throughout. The centre piece is a large oak dining table that can accommodate 10 people easily ...and 12 if necessary. There is also a small snug area with 2 comfy chairs around a wood burning stove plus also a large sofa.

Kitchen

The cottage kitchen is off of the dining room and is equipped with 2 ovens, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 fridge freezers.

Family Bathroom
The modern family bathroom has a large shower area, bath, hand basin and WC. It has underfloor heating.

FIRST FLOOR

Lounge
Stairs lead up to the impressive lounge. This is a very large, airy space with plenty of comfy seating. It is particularly attractive with high oak beams. There is a smart TV with Netflix and amazon prime and decent wifi. There is a range of games available. The lounge benefits from a large log burning stove for the winter months.

Balcony

The balcony overlooks the dining room and has many more features including the original grain hoist for the barn. There is a chest of drawers with a wide selection of books for reading.

Master Bedroom

The large master bedroom has a super kingsized bed, a chest of drawers and a very large wardrobe space. The bedroom has its own ensuite.

Ensuite

This contains a large double bath, luxury shower, sink, WC and dressing table, there is under floor heating

MIDDLE BARN

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM

This is a large oak floored room with high ceilings. There is a dining table for 6 and comfy sofas. There is a wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also a wood burning stove.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is large and modern with all facilities including an oven, grill and hob. Large American style fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

MEZZANINE
Stairs from the lounge go up to the Mezzanine level. This has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. It does however have a restricted head height. It is ideally suited to children who love it.

OUTSIDE
The outside area is a lovely, pretty, private cobbled courtyard. There are sun loungers and 2 large dining areas for alfresco dining. The courtyard is enclosed by an impressive set of double wooden gates. There is further parking outside for 2 cars so that the courtyard can be kept car free.

Bed linens, towels (guests to provide their own beach towels) WIFI, electricity, heating and cleaning on departure.

PETS

Dogs are welcome. Indeed it is perfect dog territory.
