Ocean Reach Holiday Homes sit proudly on the cliff tops of National Trust’s Bolberry Down, commanding 360 degree coastal and countryside panoramic views.

The South West Coast Path runs through Bolberry Down, leading to many sandy beaches in both directions.

These stunning properties were converted from the old Port Light Hotel in 2017 by the owner-managers who live nearby. Ocean Reach is a few miles from both the old market town of Kingsbridge and the yachting haven of Salcombe. Soar Mill Cove is a quiet, unspoilt beach along the path towards Salcombe. In the other direction is the thatched village of Hope Cove and its beaches, with South Milton Sands the next beach along.

Seven Ocean Reach sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, Nine and Ten Ocean Reach are one bedroom apartments sleeping 3-4 people. Seven and Nine Ocean Reach have enclosed gardens and Seven and Ten Ocean Reach have balconies overlooking Bigbury Bay. All the properties have outside furniture including sun-loungers. Ocean Reach has the benefit of Oceans Restaurant onsite which offers takeaway meals to residents.

Short breaks available throughout the year except the school summer holidays. All pets are welcome completely free of charge.
