Join Harbour House for monthly mindfulness-based movement workshops designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through gentle, embodied practices. These sessions are suitable for everyone, including those with mobility needs, and no prior experience is required.

 

This playful and exploratory approach encourages us to move beyond our habitual patterns, deepening our sense of connection, creativity, and overall wellbeing.

 

Together, we’ll create a supportive and welcoming space where participants can explore, engage, play, move, imagine, and reflect at their own pace, in ways that feel right for them.
