Overview

A large sandy beach with a tidal causeway and sea tractor from Bigbury-on-Sea to Burgh Island with shallow waters. Bodyboarding,surfing, windsurfing and kite-surfing are popular pastimes on this beach. Popular with families and surfers.

From 1 May to 30 September dogs are only allowed on the beach to the west of the causeway.
