Overview

The Piggery is set in the beautiful, tranquil grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding with orchards and poultry. Oldaway is situated just off the A381 between Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

The property comprises a bedroom with twin beds, shower room (with low lip shower and grab rail), well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge (with 4’ sofa bed). There is a private courtyard accessed via French windows from the bedroom and the opportunity to share the level gardens and surrounding areas at Oldaway Barn. The property has disabled access, easy parking and is all on one level, which makes it suitable for the less able.

Travel cots and highchairs are available free of charge. For the sake of our livestock we are unable to accept pets however assistance dogs are allowed.

The Piggery is available to let on a daily basis. Discounts are available for stays of four days or more.

Location

From Kingsbridge take the A381 towards Salcombe. Pass through the village of West Alvington and continue towards Malborough/Salcombe. You will pass the junction where the Plymouth road joins on the right and Langworthy Barn is on the left. Exactly 0.5 miles after this junction take the turning on the left marked Oldaway and Woolston. 0.4miles down the lane you will see a drive on the left with railway sleepers at the top marked Oldaway Barn. Follow the drive down and go in the second gate on the right. There is an Oldaway Barn sign on the gate. The Piggery is at the end of the drive, directly in front of you.
